Have seen several threads on several different forums, and no one seems to have a solution, only horror stories about terrible customer service from T-Mobile or HTC.
I have removed and replaced the battery, SIM card, and memory card several times with no joy. Phone has not been abused, was working one minute, pooped out the next.
Does anyone have a satisfactory answer?
I hate to tell you this but it seems your sim is out and I would check with tech support to rule out the causes then if its still having problems tell them to send you to loyal customer service and tell them if you can get a replacement!

It was a dead SIM card, easily fixed at the T-Mobile store.
