We have two HTC Amaze phones -- one allows texting to a radio request/contest line -- the other does not - and recieves the following message "unable to send message - message blocking is active" -- I am quite certain that the radio station did not single out that phones' number to block. Any suggestions, hints? Thanks!
Call customer service and make sure that messaging isn't blocked on that line. Sounds like it may be.
The phone is able to message everyone else, except this particular radio station..?
Everyone else being other radio stations? Radio stations use "short codes" and those can be blocked separately from SMS to regular mobile numbers.
I don't understand it. I have two identical HTC Amaze phones.....One can do everything, Including text message to a local radio station -- the other phone can do everything Except text message That particular radio station....Both phones are in the same house - same everything...
Call T-Mobile and have them check the line to make sure that feature is or is not disabled. They can turn it on/off via billing -- your phone has nothing to do with it.
