i get the message "free msg: unable to send message - message block is active" can anyone help plz
This should be a quick fix and get you back to texting. You can log into the primary account holder's My T-Mobile account to remove the block feature. Or if you prefer, please contact customer care at your convenience. If you have confirmed that there is no block feature on the account, please let me know.
