Wrong name on out going caller id

When I make calls from my tmobile home phone line a different name shows on the caller id.  Have called customer service, they put a trouble ticket in, but said it is probably a problem with a third party company the call goes through.  Any thoughts?

    WHEN I CALLED HOME ON MY T-MOBILE PHONE ANOTHER PERSON NAME SHOWS THE PREVIOUS OWNER.. MY HOME PHONE IS WITH COMCAST CABLE PHONE INTERNET. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. COMCAST USES TARGUSINO FOR IT PHONE ID DATA BSE AND COMCAST DOE NOT UP DATE THE DATA BASE.T MOBILE USES VERISIGN WHICH SHOWS MY NAME  CORRECTLY TO THE T MOBILE AGENT, BUT THEY STILL PUT IN A CORRECTION TICKET AND NOTHING CHANGES BECAUSE T MOBILE CANNOT UPDATE TARGUSINFO. BUT NO ONE TELLS ME THIS AT T MOBILE OR COMCAST AND COMCAST DOES NOT OFFER ANYTHING. SO I DID WHAT OTHERS WROTE I CALLED TARGUS DIRECT MYSELF THIS MONDAY 8/13/12 I GOT A VOICE MAIL AGENT 12334 IS BUSY LEAVE A MESSAGE I SAID " I WANT TO PLACE A REPORT FOR  AN INCORRECT CALLER ID. I GAVE MY T MOBILE NUMBER, MY NAME AND I SPELLED MY NAME. HUNG UP AND WAITED AND TODAY WED 8/15 MY NAME SHOWS WHEN I CALL MY COMCAST HOME PHONE. IF YOU DO GET A LIVE AGENT THEY WILL TRANSFER YOU TO THE VOICE MAIL FOR CALLER ID CORRECTION AND SAY JUST WHAT I SAID AND OTHER SBEFORE ME.
