Are you sure you mean insurance? My insurance is through Assurion. Sounds like you did a manufactures warranty claim, though Im not sure it makes a difference. I have read on these forums that the Mytouch isnt sent out anymore for insurance replacement either.
You are correct. My wife just read on the paperwork that this is a warranty exchange, NOT an exchange due to an insurance claim.
I am sorry for any confusion. I had thought our warranty period had ended, and assumed that this was an insurance claim.
This still begs the question, however - what phone will my wife be receiving? Apparently, there are no more myTouch 4Gs in stock, so what phone is of equal or better value?
