Hi there, I am sorry to see any issues with your GS2 as it is a really great device. I would like to ensure that this problem isn't being cause by settings or your software. Can you check your software version for me?
To find the software version on your device, follow these steps:
From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
Tap About phone
View software information.
Do you see 2.3.5 or 2.3.6 in here?

I apologize, I mistakenly typed in the wrong phone, it's an LG G2x. I have done everything that has been suggested, including hard resets and getting an entirely new phone, to no avail. If anyone can help with this I would be so appreciative. I downsized by getting rid of my land line to save money, but it seems as though I pay $114 a month for a voicemail service!! PLEASE HELP!!!
