First off, I am NOT interested in the same generic answer you give all the time. If you plan on answering with more lies and bs, I'd rather have no answer at all.
I am an owner of the Sidekick 4G and, along with all the other owners of this device, am fed up. I've had it. I'm sick and tired of T-Mobile refusing support and being selfish and stubborn. This phone has a ridiculous amount of problems. In case you don't remember cause you don't give a sh*t about your customers the sidekick has these major problems:
* Random reboots
* Freezes CONSTANTLY
* Slow to the point of not being acceptable for every day use
* Random force closes in ridiculous amounts
* And worst of all, WE GET ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT.
* Of course the list goes on and on and on.
Yes, I know that "after a year support gets discontinued" for the sidekick. But wait a minute, we haven't gotten any real support AT ALL!
This phone is not a cheap phone at all, and I still have to pay extra money onto my bill every month to pay off a phone that I spend more time watching reboot and freeze than actually use. The first time I complained, T-Mobile kindly gave me a free replacement and I just had to pay $5.00 in shipping and handling fees. Great, that would actually be good - if the new phone worked any better at all.
When we complain to you, you tell us to complain to samsung. When we complain to samsung, they tell us to talk to you. That is completely unacceptable. How can you guys brag about you customer service when you can't help us fix one ******* phone? You don't help at all, just the same "we are sorry for the inconvenience" every time. I'm getting extremely sick and tired of this, and so is everyone else. I don't understand how you can even sell a phone you know is dysfunctional right out of the box. And even after all this complaining YOU STILL CONTINUE TO SELL THE PHONE? ARE YOU KIDDING? How the hell do you get away with that?
I don't have a bunch of money I can spend on a new phone and I can't believe I'm still paying for this one. I want real support. I should not have to be stuck paying for a dysfunctional device and not even get any support. Either fix this phone or give me a new one that works. This is completely unacceptable. There is no way I should continue paying for this phone or even staying with T-Mobile at all. I will leave if I have to, I WILL raise a dispute if this doesn't get resolved and I WILL make sure this stops being allowed, AND I WON'T STOP UNTIL THESE ISSUES ARE RESOLVED.
Every minute more of no support brings up my frustration even more. I will not settle for anymore of your ****. I'm one of many customers and I demand support. Again, I will leave if I have to, I WILL raise a dispute if this doesn't get resolved and I WILL make sure this stops being allowed, AND I WON'T STOP UNTIL THESE ISSUES RESOLVED.
