Visual Voicemail- which I hate- Says I have 6 messages all of a sudden- "This phone was associated with a different account. Do you want to delete the existing voicemails?" YES or No.I say no because I want to listen to my voicemails not delete them. no goes to loading google play???
When it loads the Play Store, do you see an option to update the voicemail app? Have you tried calling into the voicemail system to see if you are able to listen to your messages?

@tmo_alicia_b, I have the same issue as karenondrasek. I update Visual Voicemail, which did nothing. With the ICS upgrade nightmare, I also lost most of my voicemails from the voicemail system and the new ones just go into the "saved" folder, so I have to skip through all of my saved messages to get to the new ones at the end.
Any advice? T-Mobile support certainly had none to offer. Thx.
