The phone is charged, and turned on before, but won't today. Plugging phone into charger doesn't bring up the battery icon.
Try yanking the battery out, then turning back on. Any luck?
See if any of this works.
Plug your phone into the charger for no less than 5 minutes. Press the volume up key once and the volume down key once, then hold the power button. This should turn your phone back on.
Take out the battery, then press and hold the power button for 7-10 seconds (the longer the better). Reinsert the battery, then press power button to start it. This is a soft reset, and wipes the temporary memory and empties all remaining power in the circuits. This helps on many phones and even laptops that won't start properly or show anything on screen.
Your best bet is to take out the battery than change to another phone company.
In all seriousness, though, hopefully you've been able to get your phone up and running!
My phone is doing the same thing. It is less than a month old and I've already had it replaced once because the touch screen was laggy. What a mess.
Same thing happened to me. It just died for no reason. On the phone i had to run through a battery of tests to see if it had gotten wet or dropped. Ended up just being a dud after 3 weeks. They are shipping me a new one.
