I own galaxy s2, how do I check what data package I have ? 2 gigs 5 gigs 10 gigs? Mytmobile.com only shows how much data i have used.
I don't know to know the unlimited nonsense. How do i check on my phone? I tried apps like 3dwatchdog and my data manager but they just show how much i am using not what i have subscribed to.
When i call reps, they are clueless, some says 2 gigs say says 5 gigs, some says 10 gigs. Mine just says preferred but that's not enough cos i want to know. thank you
When you sign into your mytmobile account
go to change services and it will show you what data plan you have.
nOPE, it doesn't show. all it shows is" Required preferred unlimited"
not 2, 5 , 10 gigs or uncapped high speed data.
Under plans , change sevices it will give you all the options of all the services you can change including your data.
What plan do you have and what is your base package price?
gramps, maybe you didn't read what i mentioned above, maybe you don't know know what you are talking about.
you are not giving me resposne to my specific question. forget it
jonny1, do you have the "myaccount" app installed on your phone?
Or to make it even easier for you why don't you calk 611 and ask?
I don't understand why the reps would give you different answers, they.can see what you have, it's not a guessing game.
i have that for long time and it doesnt show if mine is the 5 gigs or 10 gigs or 2 gigs. It just says " preferred android unlimited" but thats not what i want to know. cos every so called unlimited has HIGH SPEED CAP. My request, if you don't know if Tmobile ever shows what data package you exactly have, DON'T BOTHER TO RESPOND!
My question is in numbers.
RE READ WHAT I HAVE MENTIONED IN MY POST.
It will tell you on the my account app, mine says it right under data. If yours doesn't say 2,5,10 on the my account app then you most likely don't have a 4g plan but rather a grandfathered plan or something like that. Like Lolita said - and for goodness' sake - if you still don't see it anywhere PLEASE just call T-Mobile and ask them. We're all trying to help and you're being a d.o.u.c.h.e. You're not listening, jonny1, just like you didn't with the wifi calling update you still refuse to believe is in existence.
If it's spelled preferred "androind", with an "n" then it's 5GB. And stop being rude to people who are trying to help you, I don't care that you mentioned you already called 611 and got different answers, call again. I've never got multiple answers to a simple question.
this is what i have typed in my first post
"When i call reps, they are clueless, some says 2 gigs say says 5 gigs, some says 10 gigs. Mine just says preferred but that's not enough cos i want to know. thank you"
Then reach out to t-force, pm one of them with your info, i'm sure they will be more than willing to help you.
So essentially what you are saying is that NO ONE ON PLANET EARTH will be able to tell you which data plan you have. I'm surprised I'm even still responding at this point, but now I feel like I've invested too much to turn back now.
Actually, no. I'll tell you, jonny1 - you have a 5GB data plan. T-Mobile's Android preferred plan is 5GB a month.
