    visual voicemail app not working

      so i recently got my lg mytouch and the my local tmobile store downloaded the visual voicemail app then i tried to proceed with setting up the app the next day a notification poped up saying either no data connectivity or contact tmobile so i went to the store they uninstalled the app and redownloaded it and still nothing so i called in and they told me it could take 0-3hrs for the app to work properly well its 3 days later and still nothing......what do i do????
