So the tmobile home internet works pretty well throughout the day it almost has no issues at all I get decent speeds and ping and can actually use it for internet heavy stuff.But the problem is randomly every single night anywhere between 10pm-2am my internet will basically become unusable my ping will shoot up to 600+ and my download speed below 1mb. it can barely load up a website when it’s like this.it will stay like this for a hour or two and then go back to normal, the problem is this is when I usually get home from work so it sucks it gets like this at the time I want to use it most.Has anyone else had this issues? anyone know what causes it?
I had an old SyncUp watch on my plan that I no longer want to see. It shows as offline in my house. How can I just un-sync that watch from my app?
I’ve had T-Mobile’s home WiFi for over a year now with good speed but recently the speed has really dropped off. I ran a speed check and am getting upload in the 200 gbs and download of 3 gb. When I switch to no WiFi and just cell I get in the 500 gbs for download and 8 gb upload. Any thoughts why WiFi is slower than cell? the router is in the same place it has always been, I get 4 bars. I’ve had no major changes in devices. I have the cube router. Live in the Dallas area not in a rural area.
Are police/fire dispatchers eligible for the first responder plan? I haven’t been able to get a definitive answer. Dispatchers are specifically listed in the connecting heroes plan.

I have tried this in several browsers.Will I have coverage on a Carnival Cruise? I confirmed I have international coverage on land in these countries, but can’t find any clear information about onboard the ship. My plan is Magenta MAX.
All of our other wireless devices connect to T-mobile 5g home internet except Sanyo TV. This same TV worked fine with the Franklin Hotspot prior to upgrading
I have a STYLUS 5G and it keeps failing to upgrade TCL UI v4.0.6E9R and no matter how many times I try to download the upgrade it keeps failing. I restarted the phone, I cleared caches etc,, phone is charges, still fails. How can I get it to upgrade? Thank you
MLB The Show does not work on my T-mobile 5g internet box. It will say “Challenge Failed” when trying to play an online match. The game works perfectly fine when i bring my xbox to my parents house. But when i bring it back to my wifi, it doesn’t work. I test the NAT type until it’s open, I reset the router, etc. I’ve done everything I can think of and there no solution. Does anyone have this same problem? This is the only game that won’t work either. This and NBA 2k brought me some issues. But i can play COD or shooters on my wifi… but cross play sports games seem to bring the issue
My son seems to have figured the Familymode VPN can be disabled by simply turning the battery saver option on Android phone. Seriously T-Mobile? That is a gaping hole. I kept wondering how he was turning it off and going over the time limits. After days of googling I simply asked him and….duh!!! This need to be fixed. Now I have to beg him not to turn the power mode off
What do we use if we cannot download TLife because of old cellphone unable to update to iOS16?
