On my plan I have full internet (REQ).
Yesterday I came back to the US from Europe and first my data worked (could receive/send email, Google maps/navigation worked).
Later yesterday afternoon I noticed my signal bars and data 3G indicator had turned white from green meaning I was
not logged into my Google account any more.
Trying to sign in with Talk did not work.
Trying to browse the web resulted in the redirect to u.web2go.com with the message 'Subscription Upgrade Required'.
Looking in this forum I found several threads describing the same phenomenon.
Most likely it is also a data setting somewhere on the t-mobule servers that needs to be updated/changed.
Here some data from my Nexus One.

Here I am in the Washington DC area.
When in Europe I used an other SIM (T-Mobile Austria) where data worked
as expected in Austria, Germany (T-Mobile D) and Netherlands (T-Mobile NL).
How do I get this fixed?
I already sent a private message to mike_s who helped some others with the same problem.
Message received, please see my reply.
Mike made the changes on my plan (REQ Total Internet -> REQ Premium 5GB Data Classic)
and now everything is working again.
Mike, thanks for the quick turn-around.
No problem at all, enjoy your phone, and thanks for using T-Force!
I have just experienced the same problem on my account using Nexus One and talked to four different agents, they all wanted me to change my grandfathered plan to the newer data plan. Is this something you can help me with too?
That's the same way I have been fixing all these cases. I have the same options that a rep over the phone or in live chat has.
I hope this information helps.
Mike, thanks for the quick response knowing you have tons of PMs. I've tried both calling and chat, all they kept telling me is to do the following:
""_Ashley A: We have the 200MB web for $10 or the 5GB web for $25 a month.""
Is this different than what you're doing for everyone?
I'm having the same problem. Hoping you can help.
