There are 2 types of "pin" codes.
1 is the SIM card itself.
the other is the Phone.
If it is Your SIM card, you are out of luck...Go to a T-Mobile store and see if they can replace your SIM card for you.
If it is the device itself, you can perform a factory reset of the device.
Directions for the factory reset of the device for the Samsung Gravity Smart (this smartphone forum) are located here:
If you have a different model of a Samsung phone (other than Gravity Smart), you'll need to use the appropriate factory reset instructions for that model.
Again if a device factory reset doesn't remove it, then you need to replace your SIM (or remember your PIN)
Hope this helps.
Sorry to hear about you being locked out of your phone. Usually, once any incorrect codes have been entered in a few times, your phone will lock you out and ask for a PUK code. If this is the case, I'd like to offer my assistance. While T-Mobile doesn't keep your personal PIN coeds on file, if the problem is as you describe, I'd like to see if I can provide a PUK code for you.
Please private message me by clicking my name and then the "send private message" on the right and provide me with some of your account details, as I try to find a way to unlock your phone
Thanks for contacting T-FORCE.
