You get to tech support through the normal customer service route:
At the first opportunity in the automated system, say "representative" or "agent" and then say something simple like "technical issue" in response to the question about your problem.
You will get put in line to speak to a first line response agent probably, but assuming the issue isn't simple to resolve, you should then be transferred to tier two technical support.
You can now also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of the TForce team here can either help or connect you with the right resources.
easiest is dial 611 on your phone, say "tech support" at the voice prompt.
