T-Mobile's website is becoming more useless by the day.
I cannot access the BIS set-up page for my phone. Here's what I've tried:
1. Gone to t-mobile.com/bis, which redirects me to my.t-mobile.com, and not the BIS site
2. Tried searching under the MobileLife page, where I see everything BUT the BIS page (interested in tracking your cheating boyfriend, anyone?)
Also, I have already set my device on my.t-mobile, so it knows I have a BB.

Have you tried to hover over mobile life at the top and then slide over to the right where it says email and text tools?
Let me know if you continue to have problems.
I don't see email and text tools. The options I see are: MobileLife Hub, Album, Contacts, Family Organizer and MyFaves.
Have you tried changing the blackberry on the main page to a different blackberry?
I just did that. Did not do anything.
okay well if you do in fact have the proper internet feature and it's setup correctly on both our end and blackberry's (which I will check for you) then we need to file a helpdesk ticket for the error on tmobile.com
can you private message me with:
last 4 of your social
and a consent to access your mytmobile account (just a sentence saying that I can will do fine)
private message me by clicking my name and then the "send private message" on the right
What's the time frame for the ticket to be looked at and the issue to be addressed?
We're having this same issue on our account. All lines are BIS-enabled, but no BIS link under MobileLife (or anywhere else on My T-Mobile that I can find). Any ideas?
No solution, really. I ended up finding out that you can do a lot of things on your phone itself. Go into setup>email accounts.
The T force rep (Keith) said he opened a help desk ticket, but I haven't heard anything since, and the page still doesn't load. Probably on the back burner considering the significant shift towards Android.
That's really unfortunate. I have used the Setup app to handle most things, but I've always found handling signatures to be simpler from the BIS website...
Here is a link to access your BIS portal
Let me know if that works for you,
When I go to that page, it first asks me to login to My T-Mobile, which I do. It then asks for my PIN and IMEI, which I enter. It then displays an "Unable to log in" error message.
But you already have emails setup on the device?
Yes. With AT&T, I was able to manage email accounts and settings via the device setup app and via the BIS portal. Obviously, some T-Mobile customers are able to do that, as well. Just not me (or raino), apparently...
Well the link worked for raino, now we just have to figure out why you are getting an error message. What specific blackberry are you using?
