My HTC Radar, when i plug it in starts zune and the program recognizes it, but when i click phone, it shows a pic of my phone highlighted. right next to it, it say's 'to see sync status, connect your device'. In the bottom left hand corner, the phone is highlighted, but i can do nothing, cant explore the phone music or movies, or anything for that matter. Can someone please help? I'm seriously considering bring this phone back to the t-mobil store where i bought it, before the 15 days run out. I like this phone, but if i cant sync it to my PC, its useless to me.

Im so sorry to hear about the issues you were having! I know you need to be able to sync your phone, so I will try to help. At this point I would recommend contacting HTC at 1-866-449-8358 and they should be able to assist you with your Zune software. So they can best assist you, please do not call from the Radar 4G. I hope this helps!

I have also called HTC, no help, they say it is a Microsoft issue with the Zune Software. I have spent hours this week online and on the phone with MS tech support. They do not have an answer yet.
