I have the same problem. It's almost not worth it to use the mobile app until I can figure all that out.
I'm not sure about the "My Device" app but you could bookmark this view of content in the G2 space in your mobile web browser to make it easier to keep tabs on this section of the community.
Instead of everyone complaining that everything is gone...let's buckle down and start over.
IF ANYBODY READING THIS POST HAS A QUESTION OR NEEDS INSTRUCTIONS ON THEIR PHONE, I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP OUT!!--or at least try to... : )
I'm not trying to be Ms. F***ing Sunshine or anything, but seriously, let's do this.
I started with the g1 years ago and have had many android handsets...right now I have mytouch 4g (x2), G2, and a cute little Optimus T. I know can help someone, somewhere...
C'mon. The water is fine.
Seriously...you posted the IDENTICAL thing 3 times....or was it more?
well, like totally...I did do it just three times...I have multiple phones. Seriously.
Having multiple phones is fine, but you posted it 3 times in just the G2 forum, it was overkill.

Go to G2 forum main page on your PC and copy the address from the browser's address bar.
Paste the address into a Gmail message and send it to yourself.
Open the message on your G2 and tap on the address link. It will open in the G2's browser.
Save the page as a favorite on your G2.
It's a little awkward, but it does get you the new G2 forum only. Maybe you could create a shortcut on one of the homescreens for it.
That's a great idea actually, I will give it a try, I just wish that it was like it was before. That's okay, they are just growing pains and we will all get used to it eventually!
Okay, so you trashed all the old posts but will be so kind as to give everyone access to the old system so we can bring over what we think is useful?
Come on. Give me a break.
All the knowledge of retired devices gone. I spent quite a bit of time here helping folks (many times spending MY TIME researching the answer) and it seems that any knowledge I passed along is gone, no longer searchable by others with similar issues.
What a shame.
Trust me, dewd, you're not alone here. Just the stuff that we all had in the G2 forum is a shame to lose. There were so many great things in there, and so much time/energy spent to get it. It's a shame for sure.

Sorry to rain on Phillip's happy time, but it looks like an effort to match the new master's (ATT) lack-of-service. Why **now** pull out a good base of information?
I also see that the tech support chat option has been deep-sixed (or hidden so well no one will be able to use it).
If you think is this is worse than the old forum, wait until ATT send 20,000 TMo employees packing and you get assimilated into their customer service black hole. I weep for the future.
For some reason, my Yahoo email icon doesn't continuously connect to Yahoo mail.....I get messages stating that my user name or password is incorrect....not true....same username and password work on my laptop with Yahoo mail....at times, my G2 Yahoo mail updates the list of emails, but only periodically....I've tried downloading a new Yahoo email connection to only have the same problem all over again......help
