You should just be able to connect the tablet to your PC using included USB cord to the tablet. Then on your computer, click Start and then click My Computer to view your computer’s folders and files. Under My Computer, find the tablet name, SGH-T859.
But you are saying that you do not see the device listed, right?
Depending on your operating system, you may need to download and install Samsung Kies 2.0 before sharing files. To learn more about Samsung Kies visit their website: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads

I hope this helps answer your question!
Thank you for the help.
The Samsung site didn't help find the kies needed. But I called customer care and Cory (after searching for a while) found the site where Kies 2.0 download was.
Here it is for your future reference:
I am running Windows 7 and used that download. There is also one for Macs.
The download takes some time and then there are driver updates that also take time. But now that it is loaded, my Galaxy connects and I am able to sync.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
BTW, I also work for TMO.
@magmaspawn: That isn't nice! I didn't find kies at first either. It's pretty hidden on the Samsung site.
@al_b: If you use dropbox or box.net, you can keep those items in folders accessible on any pc or device with internet access. Both have android/ios apps. I am sure there are others, but these are pretty popular. Just an idea.
