Guess I'm taking it in, but it just stopped working overnight, won't power on and won't respod when I plug in adaptor. It had more than 50 percent power when I last used it.
Mine has been doing the same thing for the past two days. Cannot turn it on and it was being charged but the same thing - the power was less then 50%.
I just called in and they want to send a replacement. This is my second replacement since I bought in Sept. The first one had a camera issue
I am so sorry to hear about this, my wife's phone had the same issue 4 days after we got it. We had to have the unit replaced twice already for the same problem.
It was the battery
Mine stopped working today. I was outside of Denver, using my GPS when it happened. I live in South TX where it doesn't snow, my husband is up here working so I am visiting him. Glad I kind of knew the area I was in when it happened. My phone is 2 months old, this really bothers the heck out of me.
My phone is a little more than two months old. Sounds like a universal problem
I think it is the battery too - because even thoough I have an app killer - I am still getting severe battery drain.
My battery never last long either. If you use your GPS it really drains it or the Wireless Calls. I'm on live chat right now they said I needed to replace the battery
I habitually turn my bluetooth and Internet commection off to save power. Leaving them on will drain the battery faster, but the battery should not need to be replaced after two months.
So do I and I am on my own wifi network most of the time. I also power off my phone at night. And the battery should not need to be replaced!
OK, happened again. Second time within six months, third time I've had a problem. Switching to iPhone next time. This is a defective product and was not tested properly before it went to market.
I doubt that it will be a defective product, and not well tested, but could be a bad batch of phones. although We are just speaking about a small quantity. I usaully don't install app killers, because sometimes have conflicts on some different androids for some reason. And if the phone powers off, and doesn't respond, sometimes the OS rom, may do that if had some glitch with some app, or android.com process in the apps running, but If it doesn't turn on even while connected to charger, you may try plugging it in to charger without battery. It is a rare issue, but may happen.
I took it to a store and she took the battery out and connected the charger, and it got a green light. She said to take the battery out and wet the connection a little.
