I'm having the same issue!  Let us know if you find an answer.  I've tried everything (resetting the phone, erasing everything on the phone etc)

I've had the same problem since I've had this horrible phone.  Here's how to fix it:

              MENU

              WEB2GO

              BROWSER SETTINGS

              CACHE SETTINGS

              CLEAR CACHE

              also -

              BROWSER SETTINGS

              COOKIE SETTINGS

              CLEAR COOKIES

If those 2 steps still don't work then you have to turn it off and turn it back on.  I always just do the cache first otherwise if I do the cookies I have to re-enter all of my online passwords (Facebook, Yahoo, etc. )

              Hope this helps!
