I recently didn't receive my notification that my prepaid minutes were expiring so I didn't reload in time to save them. Any one have any success in recovering minutes more than 48 hours after they expire? Thanks
Exact same issue. I'm sending them a written letter.
Unfortunately now but you maybe able to call 800-937-8997 and ask for monthly 4G department and you may be able to get some bonus minutes.
Best way to keep track of minutes is use the short codes.
