Using WebRocket 2.0 on Mac OS X 10.6.8. Experiencing drastic slowdown and random disconnection for the past month or so (prior to that for the last year everything was great). Calling customer service and trying to use chat was no help at all, so thought I would try this forum.
Anybody out there dealing with this issue or have any ideas? Thanks.
You can use a 3G/4G Router take a look at the internet.
A router will help you maintain the connection by pinging the internet. Not only that but you will be able to connect more than 1 device at the same time.

Thanks, I may have to do that.
There were a couple software updates for your device to help resolve connection issues. I'd recommend checking our Mobile Broadband Software Updates page to see if you have any available.
Let me know if this helps!
Already updated those before, thanks, no improvement. Elizabeth at customer service was helpful. She sent me a new device and a new SIM card. It seems a litlle better. The connection to web pages is still very slow and trying to watch anything from YouTube or any streaming is impossible as it keeps cutting out/buffering and eventually losing the connection altogether.
Why was this marked "Assumed Answered" -nothing was answered! You gave me a suggestion that did not help, that does not = answered. This connection still sucks, and I will never return to T-mobile once this is over.
