i just got it. i want to use it for school, but was wondering if i can download something to be able to print from my gslate
You can print from most any Android device including the G-Slate to most any WiFi or Bluetooth enabled printer using the PrinterShare app.
I use it on both my G-Slate and Sensation, to print to WiFi enabled printers.
First you need to have the PrinterShare™ Mobile Print app. Although that app is free, MOST features you will need in order to print stuff are not free. So you'll need to also get the PrinterShare™ Premium Key.
Ok. Thank you so much
Also look at Google Cloud Print.
Use Google Cloud Print and the app "Cloud Print". Works perfect and is free.
Some newer HP Printers also have an android app that works great. I have a Photosmart D110a and I print to it with HP's ePrint Home&Biz app all the time. Really cool to print something and then have it in the printer tray when I get home.
Sure, I wanted to also mention, that PrinterShare does not require the "cloud", unlike other options. Which provides a little more personal security, privacy and less 3rd party server dependence.
