I recently purchased an unlocked sony ericsson k750i. The phone is set for T-mobile. The seller stated that if i have problems sending or receiving MMS to contact Tmobile support for correct settings. After calling Tmobile and receiving the settings i am still unable to send or receive MMS. Tmobile said that they cannot do anything else to help me and to call the manufacturer. I called Sony Ericsson and they said that they cannot help me because the settings need to be adjusted by Tmobile and not them. Im stuck and have no clue what to do. Please help.
I’m sorry for the confusion around your unlocked phone. T-Mobile does not support in any way unlocked (not approved) devices, and you can find information on this here http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-1265 .
