t-mobile told me to bad

i'm having problrms with my 6th sensation again its freezing, reboots on me, and sense keeps crashing i called and talked to a couple people to see what can be done caus eim tired of this phone and doing resets all the time and they said since the rebooting is a known issue with htc they cant do any kind of exchange on my phone i just have to wait and hopefully theres a fix that comes out i asked for i different phone and they said they cant do that either so im pretty much stuck with this crappy phone i dont feel like its fair seems dumb to me thanks t-mobile
