NO SERVICE ON THE PHONE WORKS AT ALL, WHEN I TRY TO MAKE A CALL IT SAYS NOT REGISTERED TO NETWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW CAN I FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like a sim card issue.
If you are near a TM store, visit and have them issue you a new SIM card.
i did that and they issued a new sim card and they still couldnt figure out how to fix it, it says i have bars but it wont get any service to do anything!!!!!!
Have you tried a different phone?
It can be a phone issue. Maybe the network settings
got messed up and that's why it's not recognizing the network.
BTW what type of phone do you have?
they tried a different phone with the sim card and it worked, but it wont work with this phone, its the sidekick 4g
Not familiar with that phone but go into the settings and look
to see what the network settings are set to , if it's not Tmobile
then change it back and save.
If that doesn't help post this on the SK4 forum and maybe someone over there
can help you.

are you by chance, in the pacific northwest? I have had the same problem since the ice storm hit western washington. Also it shows that there are no towers available. I can however make WiFi calls on this phone and that is working ok.
I am having the same problem too. I live just south of Seattle. how do you make wi fi calls? I have my wifi on but still can't make calls
Was there any resolution to this issue? I live in an area with NO t-mobile signal and a strong AT&T signal, the phone see the AT&T signal which results in the "NOT REGISTERED TO NETWORK" error message. The phone shows 3 or 4 bars of signal all the time, but I have NEVER had a t-mobile phone show any bars in my house, RAZR, Nuron, Nexxus...
Also when the phone see the AT&T signal it will not use the wifi signal unless I make WIFI the preferred connection (and restart the phone, why do I have to do that EVERY TIME I WANT TO USE WIFI CALLING?!). I would like the use wifi calling at home, but not at work or at the library or coffee shop because the quality is so poor (but poor is better than nothing at home).
PLEASE let me know what I can do to permanently fix this!
These boneheads that tell you its the sim card have no clue. Its their service its sucks all over differant areas of the country.. If your in a shared area with another provider you also have to pay for their services too.I have run the gamut with Tech people on this issue and the only resolve they need is for ATC to install booster pods in your neighborhood.I have done enough research on my own. BEST BET GET RID OF TMOBILE ALL TOGETHER. If you have contract just hang it out till its over and dont go back
