When I turn on my razor, it says that the sim card is blocked. Then it says to enter PIN1 number. Then it says enter a new one, then it says to re-enter the new. After all that, it says code error or something like that. Please help me ASAP!
Its something with the site itself, the way Tmobile has it setup to safeguard customers who get their phones and info swiped
Just make an official (one time) call to Tech and they can switch it for you, only took me 6 minutes. Hope this works for you
