I recently purchased a Blackberry 9900 by Verizon its unlocked but apparently I cannot get web and bbm on my t-mobile sim card is there a way that this can be corrected or should I just return the phone.. Please help!!!
Have you changed the data settings on the phone to Tmobile's data settings?
make sure that you have blackberry web on your account.
try using this settings http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2090..
restart your phone
then register in host routing table by following this doc.
Yes I have tried everything above and I still cannot access the web on this phone.
