Ironically the master reset does not clear the onboard memory.
Can you please test these steps.
- From the main screen, select Menu.
- Scroll to and select Settings.
- Scroll to and select Memory Manager.
- Scroll to and select Handset common memory.
5. Scroll to and select Clear All
I have the same problem. This phone is absolutely horrible - i want a cheap phone but it looks like you can only delete 1 message at a time - something i'm NOT going to do. I tried the steps above but all of my messages are still there.
This is just full on text messages. I was out of town away from any service for vacation and when i got back i was full of text messages. I don't need to read them, i just need to delete them all. The only option it looks like is available is one at a time.
Guess what - i just googled it and figured it out!!!
Go into the text message folder (ie inbox, sentbox) and click the options button. At the bottom of the menu should be mark/unmark. Select mark all. Click options again and then select delete.
