I have not been able to access the My account feature on my samsung galaxy sII. Any suggestions?
I think that the last update was to make the app compatible for Android 4.0
Thanks for the response. Im assuming the update is also not backawards compatible with previous software versions. Do you or anyone know if we will get Ice cream sandwich 4.0 for SGS II?

I did the my account update and it works just fine. If you turn your data off on your phone then you won't be able to access it. At least it doesn't for me. It wont work if you have wifi turned on also.
You could try finding it under Manage Applications in settings and clear cache/data, see if that helps it.

Thank you, and yes I was able to find the application in the manage applications section of the settings app. I cleared the data, but still getting the same error. I will continue to try.
