Okay. I got seperate insurance documents from Assurian about mobile phone coverage. If you are SURE you have insurance, contact T-Mobile immediately. At leasr go to Assurian on line to check out what to do.
I think you only have a warranty through TMobile. If you have insurance, you'll have to go through Asurion. If your phone was stolen they may require a police report. You can go to their website and start your claim.
What? Ummmm, not sure who you paid, but I pay monthly as part of the bill. The best thing you can do is look up the contract on line for Asurion and see what they say. Also, T-Mobile.com has a section on reporting a lost/stolen phone.
