Hey digitalelise, really sorry to see any issues on changing those filters. I am going to PM you with information to contact T-Force so we can look into resolving this for you.
We do has that you follow the information to e-mail us, and never respond with any private information, such as your phone number via PM.
It's sad to hear that you already attempted to remove the said feature online and you're still having the same issue.
It would be two options for you to have it removed..
First would be for you to contact T-mobile customer care, to have it removed on their end they would ask for some of your personal info such as full name, full address, date of birth and last 4 digits of your ssn, if I could still remeber it right..but if you do not want to provide your personal information over the phone
Second option would be to visit a certified Tmob store and to bring with you 2 Gov't valid IDs and to have presented to the representative frm the store, through that manner you don't have to provide your personal info
also make sure that if you would decide to visit a Tmob store that the representative frm the store would be the one to call on behalf of you bec assistance frm Customer care would still be needed..
Hope that this would work for you..
