I lost my sinal around 7pm ET. Tried everything and still nothing.
Are you sure it is signal and not something with the device, or with your account? What troubleshooting have you done?
Thank you. I figured it out. It was indeed something in my device (configuration issue). It's working now.
Just a small complain: the woman in the call center (1-800-T-MOBILE) could not have been more useless. All she could think of was to tell me to take the battery out (which of course was the first thing I did when I noticed I was without signal).
I havent had a signal since Dec. 27th. They (TMobile) told me today that they are still working on it...:( Bout tired of TMobile.
