Have you tried changing your SIM card? What's your general geographical location. I don't mean youir mailling addess just like what city you're in?
yes i have .. im in the memphis tn area .... this happens at diffrent places also with no real area it happens alot.
Funny that's my hometown, South MEMHIS, anyway. Have you tried getting a new SIM card.
no i have not . but i have talked to some friends that have t mobile and they have had the same problem. just not near as bad as mine
Just as a precaution, T-Mobile may be experiencing some problems in that area. I'd still go to the T-Mobile store and check. Try one of the display models and see if you're getting similar results.
I have same problem where I live complained and got call from Tmobile techforce who told me they are aware of problem in my area and working to resolve problem. I do know in certain areas around.me they install 25 ft poles with repeater nodes to solve problem. Dont complain to customer service use online chat support and they will direct your problem to techforce who will get in touch with you
Hey erobison, as stated before, sometime a defective sim card can cause these problems, if you have not already tried changing yours, you can always stop by a T-Mobile retail store to get a new one at no cost.
If you have already tried this and your problem continues, please let us know!
You can also double check your coverage here, to verify you are in a good coverage area: www.t-mobile.com/coverage/pcc.aspx
Thanks for posting!
Well went by the tmobile store today finally. they gave me a new sim card .... well 30 min after leaving same problem .... im just about fed up and lookin at other cell companys now.
Okay if you have replaced the sim and replaced the phone resulting in the same issues it's really looking like a network issue we just need to know:
Do You have the issue outside of a 50 mile radius?
yes this happens everywhere im getting in contact with someone to see about a new style phone or what before i make my decision .
erobison, was this resolved with a different device?
If you continue to have issues, please ensure you do verify your coverage area with the link I posted before.
Please let us know if we can assist you further!
