I recently was sent a new myTouch 4G from T-Mobile about a month ago. Everything has been going well so far except, of course, I came across my first problem today. Early this morning I was listening to an audio file when my screen turned off and refused to turn back on. I had it connected to the charger and the charging light was still on as well as the audio file that continued playing so I knew my phone was still on. I tried pushing buttons but the screen would not turn back on so I took the battery out and put it back in, attempting a restart. Ever since then, the same cycle occurs: the bright welcome screen starts up, stays on for a long time, crashes, and then repeats. This is what happens whenever I remove the battery and try to restart it. As previously mentioned I had first experienced this problem early this morning and plenty of hours later it is still repeating the issue.
Oh no! I'm really sorry to see this happening on any device. If you haven't already resolved this, please take the time to go over these steps for your device freezing on start-up: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-3112
Please let us know if any of this helps, or if you have any other questions or concerns.
Thanks for posting!
