Why is the Nokia X2 not in the list for "My T-Mobile" for my device? I looked many times but it's not on the list. Any help?
I'm sorry you're not able to locate your device on My T-Mobile. I've verified that it is not showing but I'm not sure why it isn't on the list. I will be escalating this to our support teams to get it resolved as quickly as possible for you.

It looks like that the Nokia X2 is not showing up on My T-Mobile because it was only sold as a prepaid device. We don't have our prepaid-only devices listed in My T-Mobile for other account types.

WHY don't you support the pre-paid devices you sell? I pays my money like everyone else. You have sold me a phone that doesn't support many of the available apps, that is not compatible with a standard micro-SD card and that I can get only the most minimal support for. Pre-paid customers are the red-headed stepchildren of the mobile world. Shame on you.
I agree, i got my X-2 under warrenty because my last phone was discontinued. i was sent a refurbished pre-paid version and i can't get any additional apps to work on it. WHY IS THAT?!? I PAY MY MONEY TO YOU GUYS JUST LIKE EVERYELSE! one thing i am thankful for is that my microSD card DOES work but no apps i try to get (EVEN YOUR MOBILE SECURITY APP) doesn't want to either download at all or doesn't work once downloaded. WTF?!?!
