T-Slow-Poke

how can u have 4g lit up on ur phone with 3 bars & it takes a minute & 45 seconds 2 go 2 the app store?!?!? I bet T-Slow-Poke will block my video (if i can get a half way decent signal) but if they do u can go 2 youtube & search "america's slowest 4g network & tell me what u think

Either you got throttled for going over your plan limit or their is something wrong with you're phone.

With 4g on mine when I am on that signal and I have tested it pretty much up and down east coast in my travels I regularly get over 2mbps at least and seen higher then 7

it happens to me quite often as well .. i sometimes just hit restart to clear things up and it's fine.  you shouldn't have to i know but it is what it is.

the main reason i'm even thinking about the One S is because of the 42mbps .. i know i should be getting 4G or what not with the Sensation at all times but the network in Dallas is so spotty for me.  so i'm hoping with the jump to 42mbps i'll get less of the hang up that i do now.

Then you should call in to tech, I live in Rio Rancho and work in Albuquerque, not sure where in town you are but my speeds aren't EVER like that except in the south valley.  I have a Sensation too btw.

Did you try to call T-Mobile?

They may need to have someone check the tower in your area.

Either is going to be a signal problem in your area (overloaded tower or not 4g connection working) or that there is a problem with your account being throttled when it shouldn't be.

Both the will need to investigate.

I am still getting about 7mbps on up download speeds. So I know their network is capable of it just has to be one of those problems.
