My family has an unlimited data plan, but my phone has stopped allowing me to connect to the internet, unless connected to wifi. It is also not letting me send or receive picture messages. This has been going on for a few weeks now. I have read and followed http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2742 and have also talked with a representative and technician on the phone about this. They had me check all the network settings and they were all set correctly, I tried turning the phone off and back on, and I did a master reset, but nothing works. I put my SIM card in my mom's phone and it worked perfectly, but when I put it back into my phone the problems continue. If anyone knows how to fix this please help. Thanks.
What a wimp. Get over it. I am on my 6th side kick return. Do you see me complaining. My daugter only had 2 replacements. I'm sure that we have traded refurbished phones. T-mobile is just going green. Maybe we should just swap phones privately and save tmobile the problem. Better yet just put it in your mailbox and take it out in a couple of days. Look at it on the bright side. Recycled **** is called compost. Now dont you feel better now. Glad i coud help

If you have completed all the troubleshooting in the document, and your SIM works in another phone, that shows your Sidekick is the issue. The next step will be to perform a master reset. If that does not correct the issue, contact us and we can review your replacement options.
