I've been trying for 4 months to get someone on the phone at tech support to reset my Voice Mail.
When I try to access it I get the recording "If you have a mail box press (*)". Done
"Enter your 10 digit phone numer". Done. "Sorry, that mail box is invalid".
Live tech support has been someone over seas with a flip chart.
And the call ends with "Voice mail system in you area is down, try again later"
How do I get this fixed?
Try using live chat and see if you get better support.

I need help - I cannot solve by reading any of your trouble shooting options. I have used my voice mail (number 206 6139541) for some years now. last week - it switched to Spanish? no reason, nothing I recall doing? I do not speak or understand Spanish; please change back to English - I have been unsuccessful in all attempts all week to solve. currently somewhat frustrated...
