I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your SpringBoard. Because we only handle coverage and network related issues, hardware/software related issues will need to be resolved by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer to have both issues resolved.

Read Bugs. i.e Turn off location services and GPS off completely solves the problem.
I am another frustrated, disappointed Springboard owner. Right now this tablet frozed on me for over an hour already. I was trying to shut it down (reboot) and it hanged on me. The Shutdown Notification (OK/Cancel) is useless.
