I got my HTC Radar 4G about a month ago, and I'm happy with it. I just have one problem. When I try to download the update of the HTC hub, I keep getting the following error message: "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error code: 80070020." Can anyone point me in the right direction, so that I can download the update?
Are you downloading on Tmobile's network or on Wi-Fi? Do you get the same error on both?

When I use T-mobile network my error is "To download it, connect to a Wi-Fi network, or connect your phone to your PC and use the Zune software". I have tried downloading from my computer, but it also gives me an error message. When I use Wi-Fi the error message is "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error Code: 80070020." Do you have any suggestions?
Have you tried speaking with HTC?
try this :
1. Uninstall HTC Hub
2. Restart the phone
3. Re-Install HTC Hub..
