Some have confirmed and some others are like us here in the USA, carrier still testing.
There seems to be some confirmations from:
So it's moving and rolling. This is good news.
There was never any doubt in my mind that it would come, the question was when. Now, with more and more reports from abroad, it looks like the when will be soon . . . whatever that means.
Are we there yet? Huh? Huh? Do we have to go so slow? Are we there yet?
I don't know whether this means anything or not, but I just got 13 or 14 updates to various apps at once. Could this be in preparation for ICS? I guess we'll know soon.

It will be interesting to see if a number of people start reporting this in the next little while. Maybe you're next?
I heard the update was delayed by Tmobile due to some bugs while running some of tmobiles apps. HTC has been working on it for a while now and supposedly we wont be seeing it till mid april. I read it on the tmobile facebook page.
Tmobile USA is very different from those other countries. we're not on their schedule. their updates only mean what we've all known .. that it's coming "at some point" lol ... let's all just chill and wait eh
Actually it means more. Because what we knew is that HTC was working on getting it to others before us. So seeing them get theirs brings it closer to ours getting more of their undivided attention.
As I've said before, you're not under any obligation to care about this kind of thing, I care .
One has to wonder, is the bug some product of bad T-Mobile code, that HTC must now make concessions for, or is it just bad HTC code ?
I, along with a lot of others, realize that T-Mobile can only operate on their own schedule . . . and that’s a good thing: I wouldn’t want them to be rushed into sending out an inferior update. Still, it’s entertaining to try to keep up with what’s happening, and to share information. I was just noting that I received a whole bunch of updates all at once. What does it mean? Probably nothing at all, and it’s just a coincidence. On the other hand, it could mean that developers are updating their apps in anticipation of ICS, which will, of course, happen when it happens.
In the meantime, I’m just following along with developments . . . not pushing at all. I’m old, and chilling is what I do best.
It was not working properly with tmobiles WIFI calling and other tmo apps. so i guess the bug was with HTC. but hey as long as we get a good update, thats all that matters
Folks in some places that already received the Sensation ICS OTA (non-US) are saying that they are now receiving a small patch to fix some bugs.
In this case, I cannot link to the source, since that includes some hooks to code that would not be appropriate for a non-Dev forum. But I'm certain they are getting an ICS patch to go with the ICS update they got earlier. Several people are reporting this and they've posted the latest OTA code from HTC already. (No don't ask for a link here in this non-Dev forum. You know where the Dev forum is if you'd like to ask there.)
Perhaps these are some fixes that T-Mobile was also demanding. (Some of the fixes in the patch include WiFi fixes among other things.)
Since the Sensation is EOL here in the USA, I think T-Mobile wants to wait for one really good ICS update and be done with Sensation stuff. Instead of having to bother with an initial ICS update with fairly noticeable bugs and having to deploy updates later.
Anyone that has had 1st hand experience with the latest ICS releases on the Sensation can tell you that they probably wish HTC had done some more debugging before the release. Thankfully, TMOUS may be waiting for these bugs to be resolved before committing to the update. That's not bad news!
I ran the official UK ICS for a day and went back to 1.50.531.1 because of various issues...
It should hopefully be worth the wait!
I applied the OTA patch to my (custom) ICS ROM that is based on their "Final" ICS update, and for the first time today my WiFi appears to have randomly turned on again by its self. Could be just the ROM and Kernel I have, or could mean the known bugs are not all fixed.
No random WiFi issues today. Perhaps I just needed to do a 2nd reboot, since things seem fine now. So the patch seems to be working.
