I received 11 updates for my apps at google play the rest were downloaded smoothly except for the update on T-Mobile my Account apps. Whenever I press Update it stop and prompt this message
"Update on t mobile my account could not be downloaded due to ann error. (941)"
i've been getting a error like that too , not on that perticuler program but others as well. Seems for the past 2 days i've gotten weird errors randomly downloading from the market:(
So have I its not only on the Tmobile My Account apps but things like the Adobe reader and Adobe Flash player as well. Its really aggravating.
Like I said, "Get use to it!" It's going to keep happening and the google phone support techs can't even figure out what error 941 is!
Go into Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>All and find the Google Play Store. Clear both cache and data for it.
Tried that AND deleted the app (Google Play) completely. Well, Android Market was still there...it's burnt into the ROM.
Android Market is now Google Play.
@animaleyezz.....when you go in to manage apps and select google play and select uninstall updates it brings back the Android market, the old shipping bag icon comes back and everything....so I think that's what that poster (sorry, I forgot your name poster :) )meant when they said "the market is still there".
But why would you want to do that?
Because jaylanphnx suggested it to try and fix the previous posters issue.....
I only cleared the cache, and got the My Device (My account) to download, but the google maps update is still giving me the error 941 message. Afraid to 'clear data' because I did that on one app only, and now I can't sync my calendar or my address' with google account. Still trying to find out why.
just tried clearing the cache in maps, and it did not work. apparently 'google play' has a serious issue with it
