Ok, so i ended up getting the exchange. I'm now on Samsung : ) t359 model #4.
I went on it last night, made all my changes and preferences and all that good stuff.
I then went online, and went onto youtube.
At first, every video i was watching was working fine.
I turn it off fer a little while, i come back and the videos can't play and there's is a box that comes onto the screen that says "unsupported resolution"
Being this was working fine just a little while ago, i don't understand why it suddenly is not working!
Did i not set something correct or is there a web setting i can change?
Try pulling the battery and see if that resolves the issue.
Hey Drew, i tried that.
It's still saying "unsupported resolution"
Is there a browser setting i need to have turned on or something?
How are you accessing youtube? If you are using the browser go to m.youtube.com
I just went into my phone browser, typed m.youtube.com into the URL box and the homepage loaded up,
i just picked the 1st video on the homepage, and the "unsupported resolution" box came up again.
I then went to the page the video was on and i made sure the resolution was set to Normal and not HQ.
But, it still was doing the same thing.
i did. i typed m.youtube.com into the URL box.
try these steps from the manual
How to access YouTube
To access YouTube from the phone, follow these steps:
Tried that too, same result!
Can you do a search for videos and try different ones??
I've tried like 5 different ones and they all do the same thing.
Ok, try these steps followed by a battery pull.
To clear cache
To delete cookies
To delete history
I did all that. plus, i did a master reset! same result!!
Ok, I escalated this issue and it will be looked into further.
Awesome! Thanx Drew!.
