I am on my second galaxy s in less than a year, I have done numerous master resets, switched out the Sim card twice and had tech support tell me the towers are ok in my area I continue to have major issues on a daily basis. My phone says searching several times a day and needs to be shut off in order to function properly. Last night my phone started to continuously vibrate during a call and then shut off, I have 3 phones on my account and spend quite a bit of money every month for service I am not receiving, any suggestions and help would be appreciated.
After the master reset, have you tried using without any applications for a while and no sd card. Sounds like bad app to me.
I tried using it with no apps for 48 hrs and problems still existed.
I can identify with you on the problems with the galaxy s i have had 4 of them in less than 90 days this phone sucks , when my contract is up i'm soooo outer here , tmobile really sucks , I have lost business like you would believe...
Any ideas out there as far as options or solutions ? I am fed up!
They will just keep giving you another phone I haven't found a solution except to live with it thats why i'm leaving tmobile the first chance i get...

I know you have already been through a lot of troubleshooting in regards to your phone issue. But I do have a couple of questions to see if there are any other options we can provide you with. When your phone searches, or has signal issues, does this occur in one location, or in multiple locations? When you phone powered back on after the vibration, was there a new notification or error message?
Good afternoon, thank you for your help. My phone does have signal issues, searches and states not registered on the network no matter my location. This is the same thing that occured on my other galaxy s 4g, also i do get a samsung process error when it powers back on. I have been told by many customer service reps and techs that it must be something I am doing, I just want a phone that works and meets my needs, Thank you again for your help with this issue.
