I apologize for the delay, and for the Cel-Fi issues. With a little more information, we should be able to get it working.
- Try placing the window unit in a different window. What is the signal strength?
- Is the status light green or red?
- Are there any error messages?

I contacted Tech care by phone, and went through the troubleshooting with them. No matter where win unit was placed, had 1, 2, and 3 bars with a 6,7, or 8 on th coverage unit, the service went out on my 2 phones. Anyways I am sending it back and getting a replacement. Hopefully it was one of the units. Thanks.
