I have gone to T-Mobile's web site and to my account multiple times per day for over a week now trying to add their device protection and I still don't have it. They say you have to get it within 14 days of activating the account, guess that's how
they get you...... must take 15 days of steady trying before it goes through!!!

Yes I got my phones from T-Mobile about a week and a half ago. Guess I should of gotten the protection then but figured I'd add it on, had no idea it was going to be such a production.
Contact Tmobile with live chat and they should
be able to add the insurance for you.
Thanks. I did try that once but to no avail. I will try again though. Right now i'm having a problem with it forcing my browser closed. I have a LG Double Play. Any ideas??? It just started this today
