Happy to hear... I myself came from a Vibrant, then HD7 to the Nokia 710.
I'm enjoying it myself as well. I was considering the cases you mentioned, as I might also go for the red snap on. (Thiking it would also look nice on the white front)
Good to hear it has a slim factor as well...
Thanks again for the insight on the cases.
Also, what i'm also looking forward to are more Nokia exclusive apps
Nokia Music should be coming our way (U.S.) soon.. from what i've read.
Interesting..about the bar issue....Have you tried to switch cases to see if your reception drops and hers goes up?
Was going to go by today after work to take a closer look at the cases in T-mobile, but was unable to. Hopefully tomorrow.
Btw, you mention its hard to push the buttons.. are you referring to using the red oem case?
That might be an issue if so...
ok.. thanks. That's what I thought you had meant. and was hoping also...
I was set to go by today, but I forgot I had my 30% off coupon on any accesory at home, doh!
So again, perhaps tomorrow I'll be going by the store.
Thanks again for all the information, it's been very helpful.
Btw, I still keep checking amazon and ebay for new cases... never know when new ones might appear.
http://www.expansys-usa.com/s.aspx?search=nokia%20lumia%20710 also has the Nokia OEM ones.. but they're not in stock just yet, but hopefully soon!
I love it, but I was disapointed to find that there are no exchangeable back covers included when you buy the phone. I read somewhere that in the UK this phone came with an extra backcover of the color of your choice (blue, fushia, yellow, black and white). I was hoping for a black and white phone . Ended up opting for the full black and convinced my sis to get a white and we traded covers . No case for me, I love the sleekness of the phone as is. I've never used a case for a phone ever and I've only had one broken phone. BB curve that fell in my Cereal Bowl! Ofcouse no cover protects against water. I went from BB to a brief experience in Android to Windows Mobile to Windows Phone, I'm really glad I opted for WP and not another Android .
