Sounds like a pretty constant issue you are having there Deanna, I would like to ask a few questions to narrow this down for you:
How long has it been going on?
Does this happen in a certain area?
If not how far do you travel and still have the problem?
What steps have you taken so far to fix it? Such as removing the battery or trying 2G only if you are in a 3/4G area
I was able to get the phone fixed, 1st issue was the phone had an improper sim card, it appears i had a 2G sim card in a 3G phone, the explaination was that they did not reliaze that this was an issue originally and thery are realizing it now due to a number of complaints.. second I was required to become a IT specialist and go to HTC and download new software to the phone... it is work ok at this point... thank you for your responses..
